Wolf & Iron Foundation Donation Policy

1. Purpose

Wolf & Iron Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping men become better fathers, husbands, and leaders through brotherhood, mentorship, and spiritual growth. This Donation Policy outlines how we handle contributions made to support our mission and programs.

2. Tax-Deductible Contributions

All donations to Wolf & Iron Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Upon receipt of your contribution, we will send a confirmation email and an official donation receipt for your records.

3. Use of Funds

Donations are used to support the Foundation’s charitable programs, including:

  • Developing and distributing men’s growth materials and resources

  • Supporting local and online Guilds

  • Hosting events, workshops, and mentorship opportunities

  • Administrative costs necessary to sustain operations

We are committed to responsible stewardship of all donations. When a specific program or fund is fully supported, additional contributions may be directed to the area of greatest need.

4. Recurring Donations

If you choose to make a recurring donation (via Donorbox or another platform), your contribution will be automatically processed according to your selected schedule. You may update or cancel your recurring gift at any time through your donor account or by contacting us directly at donations@wolfandiron.com.

5. Refund Policy

We are grateful for every gift that helps us fulfill our mission. Because donations are immediately put to work in advancing our programs, we can only issue refunds in cases of accidental duplicate transactions or clerical errors.
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 7 business days of your donation.
