About Guilds

What is a Guild?

A Guild is a small band of men committed to growing in faith, purpose, and brotherhood. Each Guild meets regularly to study, discuss, and encourage one another to live intentionally.

Do I have to pay to join a Guild?

No. Guilds are completely free to join. They’re led by volunteers who simply want to help men grow in faith, brotherhood, and purpose.

Do I need to be a Christian to join?

No. While Guilds are led from a Christian worldview, any man seeking growth in character and purpose is welcome.

How Guilds Work

How big is a Guild?

Most Guilds are small — usually between 4 to 8 men. This keeps things personal, allows for real conversations, and helps build trust among the group.

How often do Guilds meet?

Most meet once a week or every other week. Each Guild sets its own schedule based on what works best for the men involved.

What happens during a meeting?

Guilds meet regularly to engage in meaningful discussion and growth. Each meeting centers around curated content—such as a book, podcast, or video—that challenges men to think and act with intention.

Members also set and review personal goals, explore personality insights,
and even preparedness exercises—such as building out bug-out bags or learning survival skills.

Every gathering follows a structure that encourages both personal development and genuine brotherhood—helping men become stronger in faith, leadership, and life.

Is there an online option?

Yes. If there’s no Guild near you, you can join or start an online Guild.

⚙️ Leadership & Involvement

Who leads a Guild?

Each Guild has a Guild Lead—a man who feels called to guide, organize, and encourage others. He’s supported by the Wolf & Iron Foundation with training and resources.

Can I start my own Guild?

Absolutely. If you don’t have one near you, fill out the Start a Guild form, and we’ll help you launch one in your area.

What support does the Foundation provide?

We curate the content, provide discussion guides, and ongoing support for Guild Leads to help them foster thriving groups.

Do I need special training to lead a Guild?

No special credentials are needed—just a willingness to lead, learn, and serve. The Foundation provides guidance, resources, and ongoing support to help you lead confidently.

What kind of support do Guild Leads get?

Guild Leads receive access to leadership guides, discussion materials, and regular check-ins with the Wolf & Iron Foundation team.

About Joining

What if I don’t know anyone?

That’s perfectly fine. Many men join Guilds not knowing anyone at first. Brotherhood forms naturally as you show up, share, and invest in one another.

How do I find a Guild near me?

After you fill out the Join a Guild form, our team will connect you with an existing Guild in your area—or help you start one if none are nearby.

What if there isn’t a Guild near me?

You can join an online Guild or consider starting one locally. We’ll walk with you through every step to make it simple.

Commitment & Expectations

How long does a Guild last?

Guilds meet year-round, but most follow an annual rhythm with seasons of study, goal setting, and reflection. Members can stay as long as they continue to grow and contribute.

How much time should I expect to commit?

Most Guilds meet for about 2 hours per session, weekly or biweekly. Outside of meetings, expect some light reading or preparation depending on the topic.

What if I miss a meeting?

Life happens. Guilds understand that, but consistency is key—showing up regularly builds trust and momentum for everyone.
