For years people have speculated, and recent studies seem to give credence to, those with impatience and anger problems tend to have high blood pressure. Whether or not our lack of patience is affecting us in obvious physical ways, it is still a manly virtue.
Patience is defined:

1. capacity for waiting: the ability to endure waiting, delay, or provocation without becoming annoyed or upset, or to persevere calmly when faced with difficulties.
What areas of life are you hanging on to, hoping they will turn out the way you want sooner rather than later? Here are a few areas that you might want to consider:

- Your Job
- Your Kids
- Other People
