Steak, it’s what’s for dinner, right? It should be if you like the testosterone boosting properties of red meat. Every guy has a cut of steak he prefers — or at least he ought to — though there is likely no steak that a man would pass on.
Rather than just discussing your favorite cut of beef, get a few guys together and have them bring the cut they like the best, and enough to share. Throw them on the grill and see who’s right!
Beyond the cut of steak is how well cooked you like it. I am a medium-rare guy myself, but the fire has to be nice and hot to get a little char going on the outside.
