In our efforts to become more egalitarian, we've missed the opportunity to honor the differences between male and female and the kind of work we do.
While men and women should have the right to work in any field they want, there are nuances to the type of work we do that will either help men feel more like they are working in their masculine strengths and women to feel more at peace working in their feminine strengths.
