It's inevitable. When a group of men get together and they begin to feel a bit of ease around one another, they will pick on each other. Some guys relish in this, others can't stand it. Some of you likely feel like you're the guy always getting picked on and rarely doing the picking.
While there are mature and immature ways to go about this, I wanted to share some thoughts on what is going on within the relationship (that we're often not aware of) and how it can be good for comradery.
