It may sound like an easy question to answer, especially from an anecdotal point of view: men have beards, are strong, like to kill things, etc. Obviously there are women who fit this bill as well (including the beards). But if we understand that virtues that make a good man also apply to the making of a good woman it gets a little more complicated.
So then, what makes masculinity different from femininity? I do believe they are different, but we are not used to talking about what makes men “men” and women “women”. This is partly due to our modern standards of not stereotyping which prevents us from going too far down this road.
This should make for a fun discussion, and we should get the ladies in on this one.
